Keywords:

The Phoenician necropolis of Khaldé, located on a beach in the southern suburbs of modern-day Beirut, was extensively excavated between 1961 and 1970 by Roger Saidah. Due to the loss of a large part of the documentation during the Lebanese civil war, the final report of the excavation was never published. In the frame of a research project aimed at the recovery and study of the documentation from Khaldé, this article reviews the information and presents new data about the inhumations of children.
